Acceptance
By using the Tabae website, platform or apps, you agree to these terms. If you use Tabae on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The service
Tabae provides GPS tracking and IoT solutions, including devices, installation, the platform, mobile apps and support, as set out in your subscription agreement or quote.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account and its users.
Acceptable use
You must use Tabae lawfully, and only track vehicles, assets or people you are legally entitled to track, with any required consent. You may not misuse, copy or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Devices
Devices are covered by warranty for the subscription term. Damage from misuse, tampering or unauthorized installation is not covered.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in your quote or contract and are payable as stated there.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Location accuracy depends on the device, network coverage and GPS signal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tabae is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last twelve months.
Termination
Either party may end the subscription as set out in the contract. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
