Contact details you send us (name, company, mobile, email, message); account details for platform users; device and location data from trackers installed on your vehicles and assets; and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address.
How we use it
To provide and support the tracking service, respond to your requests and quotes, send service alerts, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Tracking and account data is hosted on secure servers inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Who can access it
Only you and the users you authorize in your account, plus our team and service providers when needed to run the service, under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
Security
We use encryption, access controls and monitoring to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
Retention
We keep data for as long as your subscription is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
